New News!

Shane and Britt came through with 10 baseballs signed by Darren Daulton. Thank you Brittany's mom for donating the baseballs! Claris/Rach will be putting together and running the golf putting game. Keep your ideas coming in. Shane, how about Chase Utley now?!! :-)

Those gathering items for the basket raffle, I wanted to let you know that Ben Mar sent a gift certificate to the school. Please POST others that you have received so that we can get thank you letters out.

My Meeting Update!

I met with Mr. Farrell and Montana Bros. this morning. They will bring 5-6 rides to set up in the HS parking lot. Our dates are set for September 6th and 7th. Saturday we'll run 5-10 (11?) and Sunday 1-7 (8?). The end times will depend on the business we're getting. Our profit will have to come from our stands not the rides. We'll only get a small percentage from the rides, but they'll work as a "draw" for people passing the schools. Our profit is dependent upon us getting DONATIONS! The less money we have to pay out, the more we'll make. I think our major cost will be tents and generators. Let me know what you think, or if you have any questions.

Help Wanted

I need someone to volunteer to write "thank you" notes to businesses that donate to our carnival. I have two that need to go out now, so make a post to let me know and I'll get you the information. Thank you!
